Royal icing
Gel colors

Instructions
Whisk flour, baking powder, salt.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg, extracts.
Mix in dry; chill 1 hr.
Roll ¼-inch; cut shapes.
Bake at 350°F 8–10 min.
Cool fully.
Make and tint royal icing.
Decorate; dry 1–2 hrs.
Serve on a white ceramic platter.
Notes
Chill dough for shapes.
Store at room temperature for 1 week or freeze for 2 months.
Try chocolate or stained glass variation.
