Instructions
Sauté onion, fennel, garlic, and pepper flakes.
Deglaze with wine; reduce.
Add tomatoes, stock, and herbs; simmer 15 min.
Add fish 3 min, shrimp 2 min, shellfish 4–6 min.
Rest 2 min off the heat.
Discard unopened shells.
Serve in a white ceramic bowl.
Notes
Add seafood in stages.
Store broth 4 days or freeze 3 months.
Try crab or saffron variation.
Pair with garlic bread.
