large shrimp
peeled/deveined

cup
flour

eggs

cup
panko + 1 cup coconut
Seasoning: salt
garlic powder
Oil for frying
Sweet chili sauce
Instructions
Pat shrimp dry.
Bread: flour → egg → coconut-panko.
Chill 15–30 min.
Fry at 350–375°F for 2–3 min per side.
Drain on a rack.
Serve hot with sauce.
