Coconut Shrimp Recipe: Crispy, Golden, Tropical Delight

Crispy coconut shrimp with sweet chili dipping sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled/deveined
  • ¾ cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup panko + 1 cup coconut
  • Seasoning: salt garlic powder
  • Oil for frying
  • Sweet chili sauce

Instructions
 

  • Pat shrimp dry.
  • Bread: flour → egg → coconut-panko.
  • Chill 15–30 min.
  • Fry at 350–375°F for 2–3 min per side.
  • Drain on a rack.
  • Serve hot with sauce.
