Ingredients

cup
4–5 oz coarsely ground coffee (medium-coarse like sea salt)
4
cups
cold
filtered water
Instructions
Grind coffee coarse.
Combine coffee + water in a jar.
Stir to saturate.
Steep 12–18 hours at room temp or fridge.
Strain through sieve/cheesecloth.
Dilute 1:1 to 1:3 with water/milk.
Serve over ice.
Notes
• Coarse grind = clean taste
• Fridge steep = less acidic
• Keeps 2 weeks refrigerated
• Try vanilla or spiced variation
