Cold Brew Coffee Recipe: Smooth and Bold

Smooth, rich cold brew coffee concentrate.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 4–5 oz coarsely ground coffee (medium-coarse like sea salt)
  • 4 cups cold filtered water

Instructions
 

  • Grind coffee coarse.
  • Combine coffee + water in a jar.
  • Stir to saturate.
  • Steep 12–18 hours at room temp or fridge.
  • Strain through sieve/cheesecloth.
  • Dilute 1:1 to 1:3 with water/milk.
  • Serve over ice.

Notes

• Coarse grind = clean taste
• Fridge steep = less acidic
• Keeps 2 weeks refrigerated
• Try vanilla or spiced variation
