- Slaw:
- 4 cups green cabbage
- 1 cup red cabbage
- 1 carrot
- ¼ cup red onion
- Dressing:
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp celery seed
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- Optional: Parsley
