Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups full-fat cottage cheese
  • cup honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup whole milk or heavy cream
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • Optional: Fresh berries chopped nuts, honey drizzle
  • Suggested Pairings: Fruit salad sparkling water

Instructions
 

  • Blend cottage cheese, honey, sugar, vanilla, milk, and salt until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust the sweetness.
  • Transfer to a freezer-safe container; freeze 4–6 hours, stirring every 30–60 minutes for 2 hours.
  • Soften 5–10 min before scooping.
  • Serve in white ceramic bowls with berries, nuts, and water.
