Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
Fold in cheddar, crab, Parmesan, green onions, lemon juice, Worcestershire, Old Bay, garlic powder, and pepper.
Taste and adjust the seasoning with Old Bay or lemon juice.
Bake in a white ceramic dish for 20–25 minutes until bubbly.
Garnish with chives and parsley. Serve hot with crackers and wine.
Notes
Use lump crab for the best texture.
Store in the fridge for 3 days or freeze unbaked for 2 months.
Try low-fat or spicy variations.
Pair with baguette slices.
