Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz lump crab meat drained
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: Chopped chives parsley
  • Suggested Pairings: Crackers white wine

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
  • Fold in cheddar, crab, Parmesan, green onions, lemon juice, Worcestershire, Old Bay, garlic powder, and pepper.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning with Old Bay or lemon juice.
  • Bake in a white ceramic dish for 20–25 minutes until bubbly.
  • Garnish with chives and parsley. Serve hot with crackers and wine.

Notes

  • Use lump crab for the best texture.
  • Store in the fridge for 3 days or freeze unbaked for 2 months.
  • Try low-fat or spicy variations.
  • Pair with baguette slices.
