- 1 lb lump crab meat drained
- ½ cup celery diced
- ¼ cup red onion diced
- ¼ cup fresh dill chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp Old Bay seasoning optional
- Optional: Fresh dill lemon slices
- Suggested Pairings: Crackers white wine
Flake crab meat; add celery, onion, dill, parsley.
Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, mustard, salt, pepper, and Old Bay. Taste and adjust seasoning.
Pour dressing over crab mixture; fold gently.
Chill 30 min.
Serve in a white ceramic bowl with dill, lemon, crackers, and wine.
