- 1 navel orange
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ tsp orange zest
- 1 tbsp orange juice optional
- ¼ tsp cinnamon optional

Rinse cranberries; zest and cut orange into wedges.
Pulse cranberries and orange in a food processor until coarse.
