Instructions
Rinse cranberries and drain.
Combine cranberries, sugar, water, orange juice, zest, cinnamon, and salt in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
Simmer for 10-12 minutes until thickened.
Cool for 30 minutes; transfer to a bowl.
Garnish with zest and mint; serve with turkey and cider.
Notes
Adjust sugar for tartness.
Store in fridge for 10 days or freeze for 2 months.
