Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup grated fresh horseradish
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice optional
  • Optional: Chives lemon zest
  • Suggested Pairings: Roast beef sparkling water

Instructions
 

  • Grate fresh horseradish or drain prepared horseradish.
  • Whisk sour cream, horseradish, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Adjust seasoning; chill 30 min.
  • Serve in ramekin with chives, roast beef, and sparkling water.
