Instructions
Rinse rice; place chicken in crockpot.
Add rice, onion, garlic, carrots, celery, peas, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, broth, and olive oil.
Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Shred chicken, stir in cream, and adjust seasoning.
Serve in a white ceramic bowl with parsley, salad, and wine.
Notes
Rinse rice to prevent stickiness.
Store in the fridge for 3-4 days; freeze for 2 months.
Try a vegetarian variation.
