- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup flour
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion sliced
- 8 oz mushrooms sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp thyme
- Optional: Parsley

Season steaks, dredge in flour.
