- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
- Optional: Whipped cream mini marshmallows, cocoa powder

Combine milk, cream, chocolate chips, cocoa, sugar, vanilla, and salt in a 4-quart slow cooker. Whisk until smooth.
