- 4 lb pork shoulder or loin roast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 1 large onion sliced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 carrots cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 celery stalks cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 cup chicken or beef broth
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar or white wine
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Optional: Fresh rosemary parsley

Pat pork dry; rub with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, and paprika.
Mix broth, vinegar, and Worcestershire; taste and adjust the seasoning.
