Croutons Recipe: Crispy and Flavorful

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups day-old crusty bread cubes
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp paprika optional
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan optional
  • Optional: Parsley
  • Suggested Pairings: Caesar salad iced tea

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F; line a baking sheet.
  • Toss bread cubes with oil, salt, pepper, seasonings, and Parmesan.
  • Spread on sheet; bake 15-20 min, tossing halfway, until golden.
  • Cool 10 min.
  • Garnish with parsley; serve with salad and tea.
