Ingredients
  

  • 1 can of pumpkin puree
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ cup cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • Optional: Whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • Whisk pumpkin, sugar, dairy, eggs, and vanilla.
  • Add spices, salt, and cornstarch.
  • Pour into a greased 9-inch dish.
  • Bake at 350°F 45–55 min.
  • Cool 2 hrs.
  • Chill 4+ hrs.
  • Slice and top with cream.
  • Serve in a white ceramic dish.
