Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F; grease a 2-quart baking dish.
Blanch fresh broccoli for 2–3 min; drain.
Mix soup, mayo, sour cream, 3/4 cup cheese, egg, and seasonings; stir in broccoli; taste and adjust.
Transfer to a dish; top with remaining cheese.
Mix crackers with butter; sprinkle on top.
Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden.
Serve in a white ceramic dish with parsley.
Notes
Use frozen broccoli for ease.
Store in the fridge for 4 days or freeze for 2 months.
Try a gluten-free or bacon variation.
Pair with mashed potatoes.
