diced russet potatoes

can of cream of chicken soup

sour cream

milk

shredded cheddar

diced onion

garlic powder

tsp
salt

pepper

crushed cornflakes
2
tbsp
melted butter
Optional: Parsley

Instructions
Parboil potatoes for 5 minutes; drain.
Mix soup, sour cream, milk, 1 ½ cups cheese, onion, and seasonings.
Fold in potatoes; transfer to a 9x13 dish.
Top with the remaining cheese.
Mix cornflakes with butter; sprinkle on top.
Bake covered for 30 minutes, uncovered for 15–20 minutes at 350°F.
Serve in a white ceramic baking dish.
Notes
Parboil for tenderness.
Store in the fridge for 4 days or freeze for 2 months.
Try a loaded or hash brown variation.
Pair with green beans.
