soy sauce

brown sugar

sesame seeds

Instructions
Boil noodles 6–7 min; rinse and cut.
Whisk soy, sugar, and sesame oil.
Stir-fry beef and garlic for 2 min.
Stir-fry veggies 3–4 min.
Add noodles and sauce; toss 2–3 min.
Finish with sesame seeds.
Serve in a white ceramic bowl.
Notes
Rinse noodles cold.
Store in fridge 4 days or freeze 2 months.
Try a vegetarian or spicy variation.
Pair with barley tea.
