cabbage

soy sauce

–30 spring roll wrappers
Oil for frying
Sweet chili sauce
Optional: Lettuce
Instructions
Brown pork; add onion, garlic, veggies, and soy sauce. Cool.
Place 1½ tbsp filling on wrapper; roll tightly, seal with egg wash.
Fry at 350°F 3–4 min until golden.
Drain; serve hot on a white ceramic platter with sweet chili sauce.
Notes
Cool filling before rolling.
Freeze uncooked up to 3 months.
Try a vegetable or air-fryer variation.
Pair with garlic rice.
