Easy Lumpia Recipe: Crispy and Juicy

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 carrot
  • ½ cup cabbage
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 25 –30 spring roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying
  • Sweet chili sauce
  • Optional: Lettuce

Instructions
 

  • Brown pork; add onion, garlic, veggies, and soy sauce. Cool.
  • Place 1½ tbsp filling on wrapper; roll tightly, seal with egg wash.
  • Fry at 350°F 3–4 min until golden.
  • Drain; serve hot on a white ceramic platter with sweet chili sauce.

Notes

  • Cool filling before rolling.
  • Freeze uncooked up to 3 months.
  • Try a vegetable or air-fryer variation.
  • Pair with garlic rice.
