Fantasy Fudge Recipe: Creamy and Chocolatey

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter
  • cup evaporated milk
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 jar 7 oz Kraft Marshmallow Creme
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans optional
  • Optional: Powdered sugar extra nuts
  • Suggested Pairings: Coffee hot cocoa

Instructions
 

  • Line a 9x9-inch pan with parchment; grease lightly.
  • Boil sugar, butter, and milk for 5 min (234°F), stirring constantly.
  • Stir in chocolate, Marshmallow Creme, vanilla, salt, and nuts.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning.
  • Pour into pan; set for 2–3 hours.
  • Cut into squares; serve on a white ceramic platter with powdered sugar, nuts, coffee, and cocoa.

Notes

  • Use a candy thermometer for accuracy.
  • Store at room temperature for 2 weeks or freeze for 3 months.
  • Try a vegan or peppermint variation.
  • Pair with berries.
