- 1 quart ACV
- 1 cup horseradish
- ½ cup ginger
- ½ cup garlic
- ½ cup onion
- ¼ cup turmeric
- 2 –3 hot peppers
- ¼ cup rosemary
- Zest of 2 oranges 1 lemon
- Optional: Honey
- Suggested Pairings: Tea water
Chop and grate roots, veggies, and herbs.
Layer in a quart jar.
Pour ACV to cover.
Seal; shake daily; steep 4–6 weeks.
Strain; bottle.
Taste; adjust with honey.
Serve in a white ceramic jar.
