flour

yeast

warm water

olive oil

honey

rosemary

sea salt

Instructions
Mix flour, salt, and yeast.
Add water, oil, and honey; knead 5–7 min.
Rise 60–90 min.
Spread in an oiled 9x13 pan.
Rise 45–60 min.
Dimple; top with oil, rosemary, salt.
Bake at 425°F 25–30 min.
Cool 10 min.
Serve on a white ceramic board.
Notes
Oil pan generously.
Store 2 days at room temperature or freeze for 1 month.
Try garlic or a pizza variation.
Pair with balsamic.
