Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 tbsp butter + 2 tbsp flour
  • cups milk
  • 3 cups shredded cheese cheddar + mozzarella
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • cups panko
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Make thick mac and cheese; chill.
  • Scoop and roll into balls; freeze.
  • Bread: flour → egg → panko.
  • Fry at 350°F for 2–3 min until golden.
  • Serve hot with sauce.
