milk

shredded cheese
cheddar + mozzarella

flour

eggs

panko
Oil for frying
Instructions
Make thick mac and cheese; chill.
Scoop and roll into balls; freeze.
Bread: flour → egg → panko.
Fry at 350°F for 2–3 min until golden.
Serve hot with sauce.
