- 4 frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts (6–8 oz each)
- 1 cup chicken broth or water
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika optional
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional: Chopped parsley lemon wedges, sauce
