Garlic Bread Recipe: Buttery and Flavorful

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large French or Italian loaf
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • Optional: Extra parsley Parmesan
  • Suggested Pairings: Spaghetti red wine

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F; line a baking sheet with foil.
  • Mix butter, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and Parmesan.
  • Slice the loaf in half; spread the butter mixture.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, broil for 1-2 minutes if desired.
  • Slice and garnish with parsley; serve with spaghetti and wine.

Notes

  • Use fresh garlic for bold flavor.
  • Store in the fridge for 2-3 days or freeze unbaked for 1 month.
