fresh parsley

grated Parmesan
Optional: Extra parsley

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F; line a baking sheet with foil.
Mix butter, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and Parmesan.
Slice the loaf in half; spread the butter mixture.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, broil for 1-2 minutes if desired.
Slice and garnish with parsley; serve with spaghetti and wine.
Notes
Use fresh garlic for bold flavor.
Store in the fridge for 2-3 days or freeze unbaked for 1 month.
