- ½ cup 1 stick unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- Optional: 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Optional: Additional parsley

Mince garlic; chop parsley; juice lemon.
Melt butter over low heat in a saucepan.
