brown sugar

soy sauce

garlic powder

Instructions
Blanch green beans 3–4 min; cool in ice water, pat dry.
Preheat oven to 400°F; line baking sheet with parchment.
Whisk butter, sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, pepper, and salt; taste and adjust glaze.
Wrap 8–10 beans with bacon; secure with toothpicks. Place on the sheet.
Brush with glaze; bake 15–20 min, flipping halfway.
Serve on a white ceramic platter with parsley, potatoes, and wine.
Notes
Use thin bacon for crispiness.
Store in fridge for 3 days or freeze unbaked for 2 months.
Try a vegan or spicy variation.
Pair with turkey.
