–8 ears fresh corn on the cob
husks on or off

unsalted butter
softened (or melted)

kosher salt

black pepper
Optional toppings:
Lime wedges
Chili powder or Tajín
Cotija cheese or Parmesan
Fresh cilantro
Garlic butter
butter + minced garlic
Hot sauce
Instructions
Prep corn (husk on or off).
Preheat the grill medium-high.
Grill the husk for 15–20 min, turning.
Or naked 10–15 min, turning often.
Brush with butter; season.
Serve hot with toppings.
Notes
• Fresh corn = best flavor
• Soak husks = steamed inside
• Try elote style
• Summer must-have
