fresh lemon juice

Dijon mustard

honey

kosher salt

smoked paprika

Instructions
Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, honey, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Taste and adjust the marinade.
Marinate salmon for 15–30 minutes in the fridge.
Preheat grill to 400°F; oil grates.
Grill salmon 4–6 min per side until 145°F.
Serve on a white ceramic platter with dill, lemon, asparagus, or wine.
Notes
Oil grates to prevent sticking.
Store in the fridge for 3 days or freeze for 2 months.
Try a spicy or teriyaki variation.
Pair with roasted potatoes.
