Instructions
Pat shrimp dry.
Whisk oil, lemon, garlic, and spices.
Marinate shrimp 15–30 min.
Thread on soaked skewers.
Preheat the grill medium-high.
Grill 2–3 min per side.
Rest 2 min; sprinkle parsley.
Serve on a white ceramic platter.
Notes
Don’t over-marinate.
Store in fridge for 2 days.
Try a Cajun or kabob variation.
Pair with white wine.
