Instructions
Cook noodles; toss with butter.
Brown beef; drain fat.
Add onion, mushrooms; cook 5 min.
Stir in garlic, flour.
Pour broth, Worcestershire, and mustard.
Simmer to thicken.
Off heat, stir in sour cream.
Fold in noodles.
Rest 2 min; serve in a white ceramic bowl.
Notes
Add sour cream off-heat.
Store in fridge 4 days or freeze sauce 2 months.
