Ingredients
  

  • Hawaiian Roll Sliders:
  • 1 package 12 count Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 8 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Buttery Glaze:
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds optional
  • Optional: Fresh parsley sesame seeds
  • Suggested Pairings: Iced tea pickles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F; grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Cook beef and onion; add garlic powder, salt, pepper, Worcestershire; taste and adjust.
  • Slice rolls; layer beef, cheese, and roll tops in a dish.
  • Whisk butter, mustard, Worcestershire, onion powder, and poppy seeds; taste and adjust; brush over rolls.
  • Bake covered 15 min, uncovered 5–7 min.
  • Serve on a white ceramic platter with parsley, tea, and pickles.

Notes

  • Drain the beef for less-greasy sliders.
  • Store in fridge for 3 days or freeze unbaked for 1 month.
  • Try a gluten-free or spicy variation.
  • Pair with coleslaw.
