Instructions
Toss apples with lemon juice.
Cook apples, water, sugar, spices, and salt for 20–25 minutes until soft.
Mash or blend to desired consistency; taste and adjust.
Cool 5–10 min.
Serve in a white ceramic bowl with a cinnamon stick, apple slice, tea, and yogurt.
Notes
Use mixed apples for balance.
Store in fridge for 7 days or freeze for 3 months.
