grated Parmesan
Optional: Marinara

Instructions
Combine water, yeast, sugar; let sit 5 min.
Add flour, salt, oil; knead 5–7 min; rise 1 hr.
Mix filling: cheeses, pepperoni, veggies, spices.
Divide dough into 4; roll 8-inch circles.
Fill half, fold, crimp edges; cut slits.
Egg wash, sprinkle Parmesan; bake 450°F 15–18 min.
Serve on a white ceramic platter with marinara.
Notes
Seal edges tightly.
Store in fridge 3 days or freeze 2 months.
Try a vegetarian or mini variation.
