- 2 cups chicken broth
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp thyme
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- Optional: Thyme pepper

- Melt fat; whisk in flour 2–3 min.
