Instructions
Mix beef, pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, milk, egg, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, and flakes. Taste and adjust seasoning.
Form 12–16 meatballs.
Fry in olive oil 8–10 min or bake at 375°F 15–20 min.
Simmer in marinara 10 min.
Serve on a white ceramic platter with parsley, spaghetti, and wine.
Notes
Avoid overmixing for tender meatballs.
Store in fridge for 4 days or freeze for 3 months.
Try a vegan or cheesy variation.
Pair with salad.
