Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups jasmine rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter or vegetable oil optional, for flavor
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Optional: 1 tsp lime zest for a citrusy note
  • Optional: 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Rinse rice under cold water until clear.
  • Add rice, water, salt, and optional butter to Instant Pot; stir.
  • Pressure cook on high for 3 minutes.
  • Allow 10-minute natural pressure release, then vent.
  • Fluff rice; stir in optional lime zest.
  • Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
