green onions

Instructions
Whisk soy, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
Brown beef with the white parts of onions.
Pour sauce; simmer 3–4 min until glossy.
Stir in green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve over rice in a white ceramic bowl.
Notes
Simmer until sticky.
Store in fridge 4 days or freeze 2 months.
