Ingredients
  

  • 2 large lemons 1/2 cup juice
  • 2- inch fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • Pinch black pepper
  • ¼ cup water
  • Optional: Lemon slices ginger curls
  • Suggested Pairings: Fresh fruit green tea

Instructions
 

  • Juice lemons; grate ginger, turmeric.
  • Blend with honey, pepper, and water until smooth.
  • Strain through a fine mesh; discard pulp.
  • Chill 10-15 min (optional).
  • Serve 2 oz in shot glasses with lemon, ginger, fruit, and tea.
