Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar sifted
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 –2 tsp water or milk
  • Optional: Extra lemon zest
  • Suggested Pairings: Herbal tea coffee

Instructions
 

  • Sift powdered sugar into a bowl.
  • Whisk in lemon juice and zest.
  • Taste and adjust the glaze with lemon juice or water.
  • Adjust consistency with water/milk or more sugar.
  • Serve in a white ceramic bowl or drizzle on a platter with zest, cake, or tea.

Notes

  • Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor.
  • Store in the fridge for 5 days; don’t freeze.
