Instructions
Cook chicken until no pink.
Add onion, garlic, and ginger.
Stir in water chestnuts.
Pour hoisin-soy sauce; simmer 2–3 min.
Stir in green onions.
Serve with cold lettuce leaves on a white ceramic platter.
Notes
Keep lettuce crisp.
Store filling 4 days or freeze for 2 months.
