Limoncello Recipe: Bright and Refreshing

- 10 large organic lemons
- 750 ml vodka
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 cups water
- Optional: Lemon zest curls
- Suggested Pairings: Biscotti espresso
Peel lemon zest, avoiding pith; place in a jar with vodka. Infuse 2–4 weeks, shaking occasionally.
Dissolve sugar in water over heat; cool. Taste and adjust the sweetness.
Strain vodka, discard zest; mix with syrup.
Bottle and chill 4+ hours.
Serve in chilled white ceramic cups with zest, biscotti, and espresso.
