Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb cooked lobster meat chopped
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped celery
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 4 top-split hot dog buns
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • Optional: Chopped parsley lemon wedge
  • Suggested Pairings: Iced tea white wine

Instructions
 

  • Chop cooked lobster; place in a bowl.
  • Whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, celery, chives, salt, and pepper.
  • Taste and adjust the dressing.
  • Fold dressing into lobster.
  • Brush buns with butter; toast 1–2 minutes per side.
  • Fill buns with lobster salad; serve on a white ceramic platter with parsley or chips.

Notes

  • Use fresh lobster for the best flavor.
  • Store salad in the fridge for 2 days; don’t freeze.
  • Try Connecticut-style or gluten-free variation.
  • Pair with coleslaw.
