- 2 ripe mangoes diced (2 cups)
- ¼ cup red onion finely diced
- 1 jalapeño seeded, finely diced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp ground cumin optional
- Optional: Cilantro leaves lime wedge

Combine mangoes, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro in a bowl.
Add lime juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and cumin; toss gently.
