ground beef + ½ lb pork
½
cup
panko

egg
Marinara sauce
Mozzarella
Hoagie rolls
Butter + garlic powder
Optional: Basil

Instructions
Mix and roll meatballs.
Brown, then simmer in marinara 15–20 min.
Butter and garlic toast rolls.
Fill rolls with meatballs, sauce, and cheese.
Broil until cheese melts.
Garnish and serve on a white ceramic platter.
Notes
Freeze meatballs in sauce.
Store assembled subs wrapped in the fridge for 2 days.
Try buffalo or mini slider variation.
Pair with cold beer.
