Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • cup honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseeds
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips optional
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • Optional: Cocoa powder shredded coconut
  • Suggested Pairings: Coffee fresh fruit

Instructions
 

  • Combine oats, protein powder, chia seeds, chocolate chips, and salt.
  • Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla; mix well.
  • Taste and adjust the mixture with honey or salt.
  • Roll into 12 1-inch balls.
  • Chill on a parchment-lined sheet for 30 minutes.
  • Serve on a white ceramic plate with yogurt.
