Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ lbs Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika optional
  • Optional: Grated Parmesan fresh parsley
  • Suggested Pairings: Sparkling water roasted chicken

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F; line baking sheet with parchment.
  • Trim and halve Brussels sprouts.
  • Mix seasonings; taste and adjust; toss sprouts with oil and seasoning.
  • Roast 20–25 min, flipping halfway, until golden.
  • Serve on a white ceramic platter with Parmesan, parsley, water, and chicken.
