- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup unsalted butter softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar sifted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 –4 tbsp heavy cream or milk
- ¼ tsp kosher salt optional
- Optional: Chopped peanuts chocolate drizzle

Soften butter; sift powdered sugar.
Beat peanut butter and butter 2–3 min until creamy.
Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt; beat until fluffy.
Add cream 1 tbsp at a time; taste and adjust sweetness or saltiness.
Spread or pipe onto cooled desserts.
Serve on a white ceramic stand with peanuts, chocolate drizzle, and milk.
